Veterans bring in your DD214 or VA ID get a 10% discount.
Appointments can be made outside of normal business hours, a 25% surcharge added to the fee.

Did you know that Pass My Physical provides a FREE Driver Mobile App for your drivers whereby:
- You can fill out and store your exam and transfer it to Omaha Certified Medical Examiner before you come in for the exam.
- The app also alerts Omaha Certified Medical Examiner to what is needed before you come in so you are prepared with medical clearance letters, testing, etc., and have your Primary Care Physician fill them out prior to arriving for your exam.
- And most importantly, when we add your information into the Electronic Health Records, it will remind us when your next exam is due, let us know what you need, and provide you with the information about scheduling your next exam at our facility.
